Outreach: Year Round: The Parks Foundation is seeking a core team of outreach volunteers to assist us in our efforts to provide information to the community about the mission, vision, and goals of the foundation, the many wonderful recreational opportunities available throughout Clark County, and to help promote Parks Foundation membership. Volunteers will host outreach tables at events around the community primarily during the summer months.

Volunteers will be provided all the necessary information and materials in advance of each event and will be asked to set up the foundation display area, hand out information, answer questions about parks and recreation, and encourage membership.

Our goal is to develop a dedicated team of people willing to commit to at least three events per year. The foundation will provide training to ensure volunteers are well versed in the mission, values, goals, current projects, and upcoming events. Volunteers will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of events, times, and places to lend their enthusiasm for the parks, trails, and recreational programs of Clark County.
