Your gift today helps ensure the parks, trails and recreation programs in our community will not only be sustained, but will flourish into the future. We have many avenues for your support:

  • Community grants
  • Legacy gifts
  • Purchase a memorial brick in the Propstra Square of Esther Short Park
  • Purchase a new or adopt an existing park or trail bench
  • Charity gift cards
  • Unrestricted Donation

The Parks Foundation does not receive state, county, city, or federal funding; it relies solely upon private support to make strategic grants, create innovative partnerships, and increase public awareness of our parks, trails, and recreational programs. See our Top 10 Reasons to Support Parks.

To make a donation to the Parks Foundation, simply click on the “Make a Donation” button, below, and in the notation box indicate whether your donation should be directed to support a specific program or project, towards the purchase of a memorial brick or bench, applied to an annual membership contribution, or is simply an unrestricted gift to support the work of the foundation. Gifts of any and every size make a tremendous difference.

Your contribution is tax-deductible as described on your receipt and to the extent allowed by law. Note: Donations must be received by the Parks Foundation on, or before, December 31, 2012, to be deductible in the 2012 tax year. The Parks Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Tax ID number: 91-1986747.
