“Heroes didn’t leap tall buildings or stop bullets with an outstretched hand; they didn’t wear boots and capes. They bled, and they bruised, and their superpowers were as simple as listening, or loving. Heroes were ordinary people who knew that even if their own lives were impossibly knotted, they could untangle someone else’s. And maybe that one act could lead someone to rescue you right back.” — Jodi Picoult
Recently another of Clark County’s angels got his wings…Sending love and prayers to Alicia and the Campbell family for the passing of Scott Campbell, one of Vancouver’s community leaders.
Scott Campbell has done so much for our community. His belief in service and dedication to his family is a thing of beauty. Scott served on the Parks Foundation of Clark County’s Board and we are all humbled by his passion for making the world a better place. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Alicia, and his family at this time. Scott leaves a lasting imprint on the hearts of so many across Clark County.
