With increasing budget cuts, the parks and recreation departments of Clark County are limited in their ability to preserve, protect, and promote our parks, trails, and recreational programs.  The result is fewer opportunities for the underserved population of our community to connect with nature.

In an effort to address this problem, the foundation has established special project funds to support the parks, trails, and recreation programs of greater Clark County, the Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation Department, and each of the municipalities of Clark County.

The level of support the foundation provides to the special projects and programs of Clark County is dependent upon the nature of the program, the amount of support requested, and the resources available to the foundation. Oftentimes, these special projects and programs are funded entirely through the generosity of our community partners and friends.

This page provides links to many of the special projects and programs currently supported through the foundation. For more information about these and other special projects please contact our office.
